Resilient Cities, Healthy People is a research-based initiative exploring how meaningful social connections can serve as a powerful tool for promoting mental health and well-being.
Through the project, Social Hubs made up of vulnerable populations—including older adults, refugees, migrants, and survivors of gender-based violence—are supported in designing and implementing community-driven social initiatives that directly address their collective needs.
